With Generali's free service app you have a direct line to our customer and claims service centers. No matter whether you want to report motor vehicle, liability, household contents, glass, accident damage or damage to your residential building - with the app it's quick and easy.

And if you urgently need help and want to access your protection letter benefits, our hotlines are available around the clock...

Even if you have insured your business with us, you can report any damage to us quickly and easily using the app.

The Generali Service app offers you the following functions:

Your claim report:

• Reach us by phone or via the practical online form

• Send photos of the damage directly to Generali using the online form. You can take the photo while filling out the form. Or you can import it from your image gallery or from your app profile

Service contact

• Call the Generali customer service center for contract information, for example

• Send an email to Generali

• create your own contacts (e.g. your advisor, your contact person)

Breakdown and emergency assistance:

• Call the motor vehicle protection hotline

• Call a breakdown helper at the touch of a finger using the digital roadside assistance

• Call the house and apartment protection letter hotline

• Make an emergency call

My data

• Save personal data (name, address, license plate)

• Save insurance certificate numbers

• Take and save photos (e.g. of your insured items, important documents, purchase receipts or damage).

• If you fill out your profile, your data will be automatically transferred to the claims form

Remember parking space

• Determine and remember your current location using GPS

• Enter orientation aid (places nearby e.g. cinema, train station)
